Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship to the UAE, United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States via India Post EMS and partner couriers.

 

Estimated delivery times:

• UAE: 7–14 business days

• United Kingdom: 10–18 business days

• Canada: 12–21 business days

• United States: 10–18 business days

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.

 

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. DesiRoots is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
